6AM

New single 6AM from Ben Denny Mo is out 28th May. It’s a song
about not sleeping because you can’t get a certain person out of
your head.
Upbeat intricate acoustic driven guitar playing and sublime fast
soaring vocals sounding like a mash-up between early Ed Sheeran
and Ben Howard. Ben is known for his live shows and the intensity he
puts into his vocals and acoustic guitar playing. The power of Ben’s
performance playing 6AM live has been a big hit with fans.
Ben has played some of the biggest British summer festivals
including Glastonbury and Cambridge Folk Festival in 2019, as well as
performing live on national radio.
In 2018 Ben recorded 6 songs with producer/engineer Rhys Downing
(Mark Ronson). The resulting sound surprised a lot of people with
the introduction of horns and strings. It made him a favourite of BBC
Introducing in Norfolk. 2020 saw Ben release new tracks. Recorded
with Rhys Downing, the resulting sound shifted, with a number of
songs having a strong ska/reggae feel and a sound reminiscent of
Mark Ronson/Amy Winehouse.
