Austin, TX – Independent singer-songwriter Carl Scogland has released his new single, HoneyBee, available now on all major streaming platforms.
Produced by Clint Manning, HoneyBee is a warm and uplifting love song inspired by the realization that you’ve found the right person. Blending acoustic singer-songwriter roots with heartfelt lyrics and memorable melodies, the track captures the excitement, gratitude, and commitment that come with finding lasting love.
Built around vivid imagery of summer nights, moonlit memories, and the anticipation of a marriage proposal, HoneyBee tells the story of someone ready to take the next step with the person who changed their life.
“HoneyBee started as a song about appreciating the little things that make a relationship special,” says Scogland. “It’s about knowing you’ve found someone worth building a life with and wanting to hold onto that feeling forever.”
HoneyBee marks Carl Scogland’s first release since his album Identity and serves as the latest chapter in his growing catalog of music centered on authentic experiences, relationships, and personal reflection.
