Like kintsugi, a traditional Japanese art that consists of repairing broken objects with gold, LAÏN has chosen the symbolism of stained glass as the common thread of its first album. She fragments words, to bring them together and deliver her own language, her own reading. Most of the tracks on the album hide dark periods in her life. Its nocturnal memories, its excesses, its self-destruction, its ghosts nestle between each line.
