The Livesays are Heartland Rock revivalists delivering a dynamic fusion of Americana and Roots Rock, enriched with touches of Pop, Blues, and Soul. Their music is a compelling blend of melody, rhythm, and lyrical depth. Fronted by acclaimed singer, songwriter, and guitarist Billy Livesay, the band has released five albums since 2011—available on Spotify, iTunes, and all major streaming platforms. In 1998, Billy joined Clarence Clemons’ band The Temple of Soul, serving as lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist. The band featured high-profile guest appearances by Bruce Springsteen and Little Steven. Their powerful live performances culminated in two albums recorded at the iconic Stone Pony in Asbury Park: Live in Asbury Park, Volume 1 (2001) and Volume 2 (2004), the latter featuring Springsteen himself. Beyond the stage, Billy has carved out a international presence—licensing 21 songs for an MTV series and securing publishing deals with Kid Gloves Music, Fervor Records, and Transition Music.
