‘My Dependence’ is an alternative / atmospheric rock track about holding on when you know you should let go – that painful space between love, rejection and obsession. Intimate verses, a soaring chorus and layered guitars follow one man’s struggle to detach from a woman who won’t love him back. Emotional, dark-romantic and intense, we’d be very grateful if you’d consider it for a review on your website/magazine/blog. gimbal.lock is a music project driven by a passion for self-composed, atmospheric rock songs that defy mainstream conventions.
